Because i do think that i have the qualities that are
needed to be a good callcenter executive. A call center
executive has to be a good team player i.e willingness to
work in a team, must be good at communication skills,
should be flexible to work in shifts and above all the
enthusiasm to learn and perform.

I am B.Tech student.presently i am working as a faculty.but i am not interested on that side.Actually i did SAP-ABAP.But i want to do any software or call center job.while attending interviews in BPO's they are asking why you came to bpo by leaving software.
