I am 18 years old and now i wait for the I20 form. I have my appointment at the embassy on 19 August. I will go to the Missouri Valley College, i have pay the first semester and in my parents financial statement i have the amount for to pay the first two years. I have also a academic scholarship from the college, actually i must payed 22.000$ and i will pay only 9.700$. I want to go in a US college, because i play in my country american football and i want to play football in the college. I have a lower TOEFL score 33, but i will give again the TOEFL test in the college and if i don't take again the test, i will participate in a few ESL classes that is as a part of my scholarship package, ( I need in the TOEFL iBT 61). And in the taxes for last years it appear that my parents make last year 18.000 Euro (27.000$). Last information is that i live in Greece, but my nationality is Albanian. Therefore i want to ask you how probabilities have i to take the student visa?

2323I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of North texas for the next semester. i done it through a local person. he is the one who handled all the document things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the money to the univercity which i have given him. if not after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the payment is ok?

It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. My M1 VISA GOT REJECTED WITHOUT A REASON, I didn't get any slip or letter stating the reason for rejection nor there was any sort of rejection stamp on my passport..I just got my passport back.During the interview the officer just asked my my passport,DS-160 Confirmation page,I-20,SEVIS FEE Confirmation page. thats all...I had my financial statements,school certificates but he didn't ask for any of this..at the end of our conversation I asked him is there any other documents he would like to see..and he said no..I was under the impression my visa will be approved. but then i get my passport without visa. now i dont know whome to ask. I tried sending them emails but no reply. Can I just go and meet them straight or Do I have to pay visa fee again, Do I have fill the DS-160 form all over again? what is the correct procedure. since they haven't told me the reason I am all confused now. please I need your help

My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa?
