Hi, my file has been selected in 2008 quota. I've my file no. My consultant is not allowing me for stamping or interview till the market goes well in US. I dont have any other document except file no. can i go for stamping jst on file no. without knowing my consultant? I want to go US what should i do?

1757My mother went for the interview for a B2 visa, all the documents were comepleted and i know B2 visas hardly gets rejected if the documents are complete. She was rejected a visa basis her salary which is pretty low as compared to her experience. She earns about 17 K in a month on papers. The consular said that her 15 year work ex with same company and less salary makes her not fit for a B2 visa. Is this a rule, if not, where can we file a grievance.

So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.
Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport.
