(In both I preferred Company 'B' most).But Company A released the offer letter immediately and company 'B' did not released the offer at that time. So i thought the company is not ready to offer the package which I preferred. So i joined the company 'A'. After 3 weeks the company 'B' released the offer letter with preferred package. Now I want to join comapany 'B'.Unfortunetly i joined the Company 'A' and 3 weeks was completed. Is there any chance to join company 'B'?.If i joined what kind of legal action can be taken on me from company 'A'? Please advice me is it Good to switch now else better to be here in the company 'A'.

Hi I am Paranita, I am holding H1B visa from 15-Jan-2012 and valid for next 3 years. I have applied the visa through my a MNC from india and they commited to send me with in few days after visa approved but it is already 6 months still nothing has been materialised and no idea when there will be any USA travel processing. My question, is it advisable to leave the company and change a new one in india, and again whether the visa will valid if i will change the company and in future if i will get any project to work from USA with this visa.

Hi I am Subhajit. I have joined MNC BPO in august 2020.In the probation I got an medical problem in my family so after 3 days when probation started I have to leave from from the company. I sent a resignation from my registered mailid to my recruiter. After 3 days their team reached out to me kindly inform us why are you absent from the job. I have sent the same resignation with date as attachment. In between somedays they may be contact me via phone but I did not get that calls and when I call back they did not pickup my phone. I have mailed again to the autherity to release me. Today they sent me a termination letter which is written that " Separation due to abondoned from services" . What should I do next?.
