Women Empowerment is nothing but, depending on the educational and experience in the fields of the chosen, giving equal opportunities as men dominating percentage in earlier years, As the percentage of women education is growing day by day, in all most all the fields there is presence of women workforce as only men in certain fields. Enabling women to enter where ever it is suitable for them and allowing them to excel in their comfort zone, is nothing but empowering women to reach out the boundaries set herself and change them according to the times that are changing over the years. This makes them to address all the issues encountering for the development of herself, family and society.
