what is the difference between isocratic & elution technique?
Answer Posted / aditya
In isocratic technique we use single Mobile phae having same polarity throughout analysis
while in gradient technique we use more than one mobile phase having different polarities
and in gradient program the mobile phase ratio must be change with respect to time so it is flow gradient
if the mobile phase ratio was not changed with respect to time it is treated as isocratic elution
