HPLC is calibrated by the following parameters:
1) Pump calibration
2) Detector Linearity
3)Injector Precision and carryover test
4) Wavelength accuracy by using caffeine and pyrene solution
5) Determine the column oven temp. and sample compartment temp
6) Gradient test
7) Detector noise
