How to calibrate glassware against std calibrated glassware?
Answer Posted / jitender axiva
Calibration procedure is nothing but comparision of one of
the know magnitude value erf. as std to the test one.
in the case of glassware std calibarted glassware must be
10 times (least count)higher accuracy than test unit.
e.g. if we want to calibrate 10 ml pipette then we must
have to calibrate it through pipeete which of 1 ml with
least count less than that of test one.

In BP2013, Loperamid HCl monograph. Assay by titration with 0.1N sodium hydroxide using hydrocloric acid 0.01N and reading the volume added between the 2 points of inflexion. I have a question that if the diluent solvent is ethanol is certainly consumed a amount of volume of titrant, so this volume must be eliminated on the result calculation or not apart from first point which is subtracted above.
