hi all i had backlogs in my engineering i completed my 4rth
year in 2006 but had to wait till 2007 Dec to clear 3
backlogs now i m planning to give my visa interview in march
as i got admit from national university California in my
memo as i m a grad from jntu Hyderabad it says i finished my
eng in dec 2007 so when the visa officer sees my eng
certificates she will ask me what were u doing all these
days if she realizes that i should have completed my eng in
2006 then what should i answer and also i worked only for 6
months meanwhile

There is no problem in spending years after years having
backlogs but you must take steps to clear every backlogs
mean while you can do some part time job somewhere.

I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.
hi, I going to the US for my masters in spring. Its my dad who is sponsoring me. But he just retired a few months back & hence is no longer paying any IT(income tax).
