He should have strong communicative and interpersonal
skiils. as well as he should have negotiating skills.
He should have a better understanding of operations done in
each and every line of the organization which leads him to
co-ordinate and integrate activities across multiple
functional lines.
At the same time should have a good knowledge of technology
used.
Then the decision making
skills,organizing,controlling,directing and leading skills.
