hi ,sometime we set up the security. but failed to delete
the temporary files or cache memory in the Browsing
field.so before re-opening the defect try to clear the
cache memory and the Delete the records after security
setup.
if still the defect occur then re-open and report to
programmer.

also, see once the product is prepared or on initaial
stages we write testcases for each module
(FUNCTIONAL/SAnity) is covered in that case,
then comes after the product prepared we have to test its
daily report on Smoke asis as well as regression asis
