I sold my 2 acres agriculture land to some person in 2004. He paid me some amount at that time. Still he has to pay remaining amount to me. But he is not giving. Can I have rights to get my land back. How can I get it.

can you please explain me the process of endorsing a bill of exchange with example for better understanding,as it is also said that it can be endorsed without acceptance too. i am still not clear with this concept. i tried many wesited but they just give on sentence answer whch am not able conceptuallly understand.
