HI iam sudhakar i got selected h1b approval for the year 2009 .in the h1b document they have mentioned the interview location as chennai by that time hyderabd office was not opened. can any one help me where i can attend the interview hyderabad or chennai and is it the rigtht time to attend the interview..

Hi, Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer. And what is the duration to know whether you got selected for H1B. Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this. I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name? My Consultant asking me 50K as a security Deposit. Kindly tell me what are all the document, to Appear in the H1B VISA? What is probability of getting VISA from Chennai Consulate? Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa officer said i have cheked your company's website and there is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their with all supporting documents that time same visa officer was there, he has not asked me a single question and after 5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project from the another company and your company and project both are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need to understand? what will be the outcome ?

I attended H1B interview at Hyderabad consulate on 30/04/2009. I have been handed over with a 221G white form and asked to provide more documents from petetioner. The VO also held my original Educational documents with him. Will this be a problem ? I hold my post graduate degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
