1.Does the screening test or prelims have negative marking? 2.In paper-1 candidates should write three essays , how many words should each essay be?

Hi, I am native of AP, born in AP, but as my father was a Railway employee we had to grow up out of state (Karnataka), and hence all our education was done in Karnataka (CBSE). Now am I eligible to take Group 1 and 2 exams conducted by Ap Govt ? Is there any mandatory condition that I need to be have studied in AP only ?
