What is your opinion about the private practice?

What is your opinion about the private practice? ..

Answer / thakkar mohini

I am Thakkar Mohini.

I am not an advocate but i want to be an advocate, so i had
also these question but now it is clear. My openion is as
below.

There are many basic things in this feild to learn like
other feild and if that becomes clear in you mind and you
have courage and your are willing to fight throughout than
definetly you are able for independant or private practice.

In my case I also doing work in advocate's office and Name
of Advocate is HITESH N. DAVE, he taught me many things and
principals and basic things and decoram of this field.

and interestingis that he was starting his advocacy with
senior but from first day of starting he was never go in
court with his senior because he has courage and knowledge
of this field and he is double LLM, my mean is if you have
interst in this fireld as well as knowledge and courage
than you can also start your private practice but take care
this is a field of comeptition and fluctation of cometition
is most so we have to take care to go ahead.

One Gujarati sayaing is "Man hoy to malve javay" mens you
must have trust on your self that you are able to fight
belalf of your client with clean hands and without any
corruption either emotional or by money.

I think if you trained under good senior than you are able
to do private pactice and it is appriciable also. Because
in this field as above discussed because of competition we
can't find senior who teaches us all things but i am luck
in this case, i have good and inteligent senior who teaches
me all kind of work without any prejudice.

Thus, regardingto this question my thinking is positive.

Best ok Luck

I hope you will be an Advoacate and help peoples with
bonafide intentionand without corruption.
