court.there are only one post of Chief justice in every
high court and supreme court.
Nyaymurti is the general term used for every justice of
high court and supreme court.

court which is not bound by law they have inherent power in
sec 482 of crpc.
other lower judiciary judges called nyaydheesh. they have
no inherent powers.
