hello everyone
i have also cleared d written exam n have baan called for
interview on 25th may.. i m very tensed regarding the
questions that will be asked in the interview. if anyone
has any idea regarding this, pls do share it with everyone
so that we all can prepare well for the interview.
i m doing final yr of BSc biotech n have a doubt if they
would be asking technical terms related to banking.. coz i
dnt have any knowledge bout these terms..
if anyone has any idea, pls let me know

hi,
weightage of marks for written and interview is 70:30.
In Interview they will ask about some financial terms like
inflation,stocks, sensex, etc...
they will ask questions about what u had written biodata
form
Commerce guys have to face tough questions ..
the interview will be for 15 mins, Panel consists of 3
persons,

I had my interview today.
They wont be asking any tough questions, just some basic
things. Most questions will be personal and about the
subject we are studying or have studied in past.

Main things to note.
CRR
Repo Rate
Reverse Repo Rate
SLR
PLR
Bank Rate
What is Banking?
RBI
SBI
SB*(*=associate bank u have applied for)

Know your subject. For commerce students there will many
questions. Also look at all the main recent happenings.

Questions they asked me. I don't remember all.
What is my course?(about the course I'm doing now)
Why i applied for bank job?
What is banking?
Then 3-4 question from my course.(I'm doing MSc Physics)
What is SWAT valley?
What is SMS(full form)?
What is URL and full form?
Who is the election commissioner?

Commerce students can expect more questions from banking.

hi friends today(25/5/09) i faced interview in chennai.panal
consists of 3 members. interview is very simple dont be
scare about interview but u have to brush up ur basic
knowledge about your UG and as well as PG. I did my UG in
psychology and now am doing MBA most of the questions were
asked me in psychology .HR, and marketing.
some of the questions what i faced in interview.

1.how can u counsel a person who has a kind of short temper?
2.what are the functions of HR msnsger?
3.how can u analyse the market?
4.what is ur role in bank if u selected as a psychology
graduate?
5. Is todays organisations are practising with real HR? if
yes means why job dissatisfaction among employees?
6. what is ur most attracted book? and its theme?
7.what is the hot news of last week?

Hii this is sakshi;i m selected in BOB clerk cadre written exam.My interview will be on 11th of october but there is a problem i entered marks of my 10th class in HSC column in online application i have above 80% marks in my 12th class also.....Is it create any problem during interview???????? What should i do????? plz suggest me......
