I have compleated my graduation (BSC) computers from O.U I want details for this APPSC Entrence Test form submission i.e 1). Where can i get this form? 2). When is the last date for the submission of form? 3). Whether i have to submit this form by post or by hand if by hand where can i? 4). What are the xerox copies of certificates are required to submit the form? 5). Does any signatures required for this or not? 6). Till what time i can submit the form? 7). when will be the exam? 8).
