Hi Jeetu, i understood ur prob. one thing i would like to
tell u is, as u r working in corporate world u must be
very bold and also dont think that if u speak in english
some one could note that. noone cares about that. please
leave the shyness and let the mistakes be done in ur
english. first try to speak in eng with ur friends and
neighbours, and also note how they are respondig to that.If
u start to speak in eng, im sure that no sooner u will be
very fluent inthat. "Goahead".

hi jeetu..first of all i will appreciate u that at least u
want to speak in english..its really good to c..same prob
was with me few days ago but now i have been changed
drastically..i do agree with Gitu_chandu..first of all u
should start it wid all ur friends and family wherever u
can..second thing that u can do is that u can arrange
english news paper..and try to speak it fast within time
limits and understand that..third thing that u can do is
that start watching english music and listen english
songs..for few days i m sure i will not understand it but
after few days i will start understanding it..but the basic
thing is u should do everything with confidence..ok..try it
