hi friends i had my gd pi yesterday ws quite a gud experience
its not sure wat dey r going to ask. prepare ur graduation
subjects n current news. they may or may not ask banking it
depends as dey asked me a few questions reagarding banking n
finance but not to all. prepare ur hobbies well.

My GD/PI was on 10th Feb.
GD: was a smooth ride hv done well in it, easy topic ws gvn.
PI: now dats da interestn part. You hv 4 panelists, they
grill you like hell and mind it they are so informative and
knowledgeable (I came to know that IIM and IIT guys were
tak'n it) dat u can't make a fool out of them mine took for
half an hour. I hv done well in it and expect a positive
outcome. So be prepared for everything .

There are no IIT's or IIM's Involved in this...
Interviews are being taken by bank staff themselves...like
CGM's and GM's and retired IPS and IAS officers...

hi friendz
today i hav appeared for gd/pi,the gd topic was
"has democracy made india better"
and we were given 5 minutes to jolt down our
ideas,and then every one got maximum of 2 min to express
his/her view.u can take less time but u can not extend ur
time limit of two minutes.then there was open gd for 10
minutes.
wen the gd was over we were called for
interview one by one,
as i hav done engineering and now pursuing
mba,so they asked me some question based on my acedemics
then they asked some personal question lik
my hobbies and interest,then they asked y i want to enter
banking industry.
than they asked some gk based
question...and my pi was over,it last for some 15 minutes
or so.

one thing i want to ask is that
today during my gd/pi i noticed that most of
the condidates were bank clerk or bank po in some other
bank,
so wat do u think those condidates will b
preferred over others,plz reply....

@Blackcobra! Buddy they only told me that 1 of them was
from IIM(Ahmedabad for ur info.) n 2 hv been in IIT
(Kaharagpur and Mumbai) and what I said was their were 4
panelists and 1 of them was the CGM.
Have a correct information before reach'n a verdict.
You Hav'n come to Bhopal interview so keep ur views to
urself mate.

Congratulation to all who have cleared the Tier II exam of SBI PO held on 30Nov. I had written that exam during my 9th month of pregnancy, I gave birth to my baby in Dec. Now i am confused how to attend the interview and GD with a month old baby, my in-laws are very supportive and they are supporting me a lot during this period , but my question will SBI interviewr will conside my candidature or will they reject me plz any body guide me
