Hiii Shruti & Amit,
Its really gr8 to see u both on this blog after a long time.
u r rite shruti that there are chances for promotions.
We can appear for internal exams after every three years
but guys definaitly that will nt too easy as we have to
compete with each other.
As Amit & many other guys are getting much more salary so
that is not the issue too.
Everyone wants to get into the largest public sector bank
and if u r talented believe me nobody can stop you.

hi everybody

i came to know that the pay will revise next year in the
month of may (2009). and the hike will be arround 15-20% in
the basic pay. till than it will be Rs/-7600/- per month.

When sbi result will come out?

& they have written in their advt abt salary that is 7800
is only for probation period ........after probation u will
get bank salary scale that 4660 something like that

that means u will definatly get more than 10 to 12k per
month.

hopefully the result will be declared 15 nov-30 nov.
now come to the salary point... here tarun is all right.
Rs- 4410 is our basic pay and all the allownces (TA,DA,HRA)
will be according to -/4410-/-
but dont worry********
the new pay scales are awaited for two years and it will be
announce very soon.

i am very sorry but i have to write it..
Actually some of my friends are spreading the rumers or
Gossips regarding the salary or loan (ha ha ha )
"GAUN BASA NAHI MANGTE DAUD PADE" means....
to name your baby before you select the girl 4 marry.
hakiquat se khud anjaan hona nasamjhee kehlati hai lakin
dusro ko yakeen dilana "GUMRAAH" karna hota hai.

my friends dont read the advertisement of SBI celrk ( or
they dony know the meaning of including: or they dont know
what is salary).... otherwise
"they never tried to misguide us"
abhi bhee sambhal jao yaaro........
naam likhunga to tum bhee badnaam bhee hoge aur hum bhee.
behtar hoga in bachkani harkaton se baaj aao...
please dont misguide us regarding fringe benefits or loan.

My sister is working in SBI as a clerk and she hd got near
abt 14000 as her first salary.

how are you friends… I am fine.
yaar i am getting more than double
but i want to change the job b'coz everybody want peace
in his/her life.
if its the question of salary than we have a hope..
*the new pay scales are awaited for two years and IBA will
initiate action very soon.
the only delay is due to 2 reasons;-

No.1- code of conduct (elections commission)
No.2- the current economic stage.

but definitely Indian banking association and min. of
finance will take necessary steps regarding the demand of
bank's employees (Appraisal ).

Possible the pay will rise up to RS.4000/- means we will
get a sum of Rs.12000/- as the increased salary..
we have the ability and talent its not a question to be
afraid of with our seniors( who will compete with us),
so neither salary nor promotion are problem for us.
Think positive and thank god,

hii Pari & All

Its right that after probotion period only ur basic will
be hike upto 4660 but this increment in basic(4660-4410)=
250Rs has nothing got to do with ur allownces as ur
allownces and perks will be same so in that case also ur
total salary can not be more than Rs 8500/- after probotion
period.
