how are you friends… I am fine.
yaar i am getting more than double
but i want to change the job b'coz everybody want peace
in his/her life.
if its the question of salary than we have a hope..
*the new pay scales are awaited for two years and IBA will
initiate action very soon.
the only delay is due to 2 reasons;-
No.1- code of conduct (elections commission)
No.2- the current economic stage.
but definitely Indian banking association and min. of
finance will take necessary steps regarding the demand of
bank's employees (Appraisal ).
Possible the pay will rise up to RS.4000/- means we will
get a sum of Rs.12000/- as the increased salary..
we have the ability and talent its not a question to be
afraid of with our seniors( who will compete with us),
so neither salary nor promotion are problem for us.
