No one is born experienced,the first step to be experienced
is to have a enthusiastic start.IF your company recruits
freshers,then it will be your company who will make us
experienced and have better prospect to work. By this
freshers will love to work with your company for a long time
because they will feel more comfortable with your
company.Freshers wil be more energetic and enthusiastic to
work with the company.Its all like a child who feels most
comfortable with their best relatives that is their parents
who teaches them how to carry their life and get experienced
with thier work.

This is your very good & big industry,if you don't get
chance to the fresars student so how the student show her
performence or knowledge or presentation.And also how to
immprove him self.

Experienced people work in the mode of previous experience. Freshers will work with fresh thoughts and their new gaining experience is as important as to train the staff and also improve the existing staff in learning the mistakes as their experienced, to the company. If each company recruits "freshers first" mode their staff will be in current and market update mode. or experienced will remain with more experience without updating themselves and knowledge transfer will not happen timely.
