advertisement expensise, should I deduct TDS on advance

advertising exp. we will have to deduct tds

yes , but full fill the conditions that is if single
payment exceeds Rs.20000/- or payment made in the year
exceeds Rs. 50000/- (in agreegates) then tds will atract

If we make any payment whether it is advance or partial or
full & final settlement to as such parties on which TDS is
implement than we will have to deduct TDS.
