Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th
of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my
backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa
interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me "
why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why
these many backlogs" ?

i have mbbs degree,with out gre. and i appiled for visa,2 time rejected.now iam applied for third time on 12july 2010. but the problem is my college has started on 3 july 2010 as per I20.please help me whether i have to go for visa r not.
hello everybody, I was rejected for the visa twice last for fall-07 intake. According to me the reason for the rejection may be my application for the visitor visa ten years before. And moreover i am patel. so does it make any impact. Now i am trying for spring 09 intake for the most reputed university, so this time how r the chances of my visa. plz give the suggestion. thanks

I got 3 rejection 2 in july & one in aug all 3 times i went 4 NYIT for pursuing my Master in computer science. Three years back my friend's brother had attended visa interview. Eventhough his all documents were perfect than they wat to be, VO didnt gave visa to him. He told that VOs just reject visa to get more money for visa office as it costs more than 100$ each time to register for interview. Again he applied with the same documents but he got visa....is it true....they just reject visa for the purpose he told........pls give me a genuine answer.....
hi all i had backlogs in my engineering i completed my 4rth year in 2006 but had to wait till 2007 Dec to clear 3 backlogs now i m planning to give my visa interview in march as i got admit from national university California in my memo as i m a grad from jntu Hyderabad it says i finished my eng in dec 2007 so when the visa officer sees my eng certificates she will ask me what were u doing all these days if she realizes that i should have completed my eng in 2006 then what should i answer and also i worked only for 6 months meanwhile
