we can change MAC address but not permanently when we
restart our pc then it will automatically takes it's
original mac address which is provided by manufactures.

Yes we can Change the MAC Address of LAN Card 100% easly click on my computer properties and then click Hardware, Device Manager and then click on Network adapter properties then click on Advance and find the Network Administrator and put in empty box the other MAC address and then ok.
try it urgent in your own computer
