Hi, I am going to attend the H1B interview for X company in the coming month. as I am married and need to apply for dependant visa for my wife in advance(or with me) because after going to US,it will be hard to do that. If the visa is approved and want to stay at home for more 2-3 month and then come to US,can she do that? What will be the validity of the Dependant Visa? Is there any specific time in which she need to land in US compulsory. can anyone answer my questions.

my mother's real brother is a usa citizen and he applied for my mother as a blood relation immigration rules.in year 2001.i am 23 years old and doing studies and fully dependent on my parents...my question is that i can also apply for immigration with my mother or not ?
