to pass.

As per the question to qualify he has to answer rest all
questions correctly
Let there are ?X? questions left in the paper so he has to
answer all ?X? questions to qualify.

Hence,

(7 + X)/(14 + X)=65/100

Solving we get X = 6

So the minimum number of questions in the paper is
14 + X =14 + 6 =20

(C) Out of 14 questions 7 are correct it he requers 65% to
pass. With the 18 questions if he answers all remaining 4
correct the he will be able to answer 11 out of 18 then it
is 61.11%. So with the 20 question he will answer remaining
all i.e., 13 and percentage is 65%.
