Account is the customer with whoom we do business,
Contact is the Particulary person in that Organisation.
Opportunity is the Potential Revenue Generating event.

account: we have all the potential customers external to
the organisation.
contact: we have all the contact information regarding the
account.
the account and contact have m:m relationship.
opportunity: we have all the revenue generating
customers.it has a close date and start date as well.
