In one instance, I noticed a discrepancy between the quantity of goods shipped according to the shipping documents and the quantity billed on an invoice. After investigating further, I found that the invoice contained a transposition error in the quantities. I corrected the error by adjusting the invoice and notifying the customer about the correction. The issue was resolved through open communication and careful review of the relevant documents.
