Explain the refresh operation in a dynamic ram?
Answer / Shailendra Arya
In Dynamic RAM (DRAM), each memory cell stores a charge that degrades over time. To maintain the integrity of the stored data, the cells must be periodically refreshed. This is done by reading and rewriting the data at regular intervals, typically every 64 milliseconds for standard DRAM.
