You have set quotas for all your users but half of your users are using more space than they have be..

Answer / Kanhaiya Singh

If users are exceeding their allocated quotas, there might be several reasons: (1) Incorrect quota calculations due to misconfigured quotas or incorrect user/group assignments; (2) Users exceeding the soft limit before the hard limit is reached; (3) Files belonging to a different user being stored in a user's home directory; (4) A user has set their umask incorrectly, causing files created by them to consume more space than allocated; (5) Incorrect file permissions allowing users to access other user's files or resources.
