HCMOS stands for High-Speed Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor, a type of integrated circuit technology used in microprocessors and other electronic components. HCMOS is an advanced version of CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) that reduces power consumption and increases speed by using both pMOS and nMOS transistors.
