Explain the Modes of Transfer of Heat ?

Explain the Modes of Transfer of Heat ?..

Answer / km jyoti saini

Heat can be transferred from one point to another point- three ways

1.Conduction:-In this heat imported to any part of a body sets the molecules of that part in mote energetic vibrations. These molecules transmit the vibration to their neighbors, and thus the heat travels slowly along the body from molecules to molecules

2.Conviction:-In convicition heated parts expand and become less dense, rise and carry their heat by their own motion to other parts. It is possible only in gases and liquids

3.Radiation:-In radiation the hot body imparts its vibration to the other, in which waves are ser up which travels outwards in all direction with an enormous velocity and through various spaces more freely than through air on other matter. In this process heat travels without the interventition of any material body
