difference between editor access and author access?

difference between editor access and author access?..

Answer / Vimal Panday

In IBM Lotus iNotes, Editor Access allows users to edit existing documents and create new ones, but they cannot change the access control or security settings of those documents.nAuthor Access provides additional permissions to modify access control lists (ACLs) for documents.nIn other words, editors can work with content, while authors have more administrative control over who can view and edit that content.
