How do I create a manual sharing rule in Salesforce?..

To create a manual sharing rule, navigate to 'Setup' > 'Sharing Settings' > 'Manage Sharing Rules'. Click on 'New Manual Sharing Rule', specify the criteria for which you want to share records and select the users or profiles to whom you want to grant access.
