What is EGP (Exterior Gateway Protocol)
Answer / Manju Rani
EGP (Exterior Gateway Protocol) was an early routing protocol used in the ARPANET, a precursor to the modern internet. It was later replaced by BGP (Border Gateway Protocol). EGP determined the shortest path between autonomous systems and helped control network growth during the development of the ARPANET.
