first- get a degree or diploma in electrical.
second- two years work ex for degree and three years for diploma, in erection,testing commisioning or maintenance.
third- apply for electrical supervisor liscence, exam forms generally out in march or april and exam helds in july.
fourth- apply for contractor liscence on basis of that.

I am a chartered engineer(elect) and have the electrical supervisory certificate, issued from the CEI office, Bhopal MP, in the year 2006. I want to confirm whether it is valid in Chattisgarh also?
