One c form issued by the ETO was found misplaced.Kindly advise the procedure for reissuing .

what is meant found misplaced. If it is misplaced after u receive from ETO. You have lodge FIR mentioning form no and place where u think lost.After that write to taxation dept to issue duplicate form along with copy of FIR .Then duplicate marked in red ink will be issued to you.
