no, I wont do it because as of now I am more focused on developing my skill set and enhancing my abilities. and as I see the timing and work atmosphere in here is best suited to my nature.

Definetely i'l not move to the other company inspite of the more pay because im a kind of person who always gives importance to enhance my skills rather than think of pay.I made a study of your company and after arriving to a clear decision that the company is the leading one that offers me with expertise in skills , il not make a decision back again.Also migration will provide only a salary hike but surely can't make an individual perfect in terms of skills and attitude.I would like to have a long term association with your organisation that proves my firm and stable thinking.
