What are the Patch Management Issues you have faced and how did you resolve them?..

If we are installing patches and if the patches are not
geting installed . surely you will get an error code.
Issues will be like . Installed patch is already installed.
Server will have higher version of patch compared to
instaaling patch. dependency patches for the instaling
patch are not available.
