MY wife & me both rworking in same organisation.i purchased a flat in my name recently.As per income tax act u can choose one house in ur choice for self ccupied purpose & all other house is assumed to be let-out.so my question is that,shall i purchase another new house in my wife name and that house can i take as self occupied of my wife ?Plz suggest me in this regards in briefly.
Suppose, an organisation has purchased goods for Rs.50000 (including CST-Rs.1000). But I have paid Rs. 48000 only after deducting Rs.2000 towards Late Delivery, as agreed before. Now, my question is 'am i right to issue 'C' Form for Rs.48000 (i.e.50000-2000) ? Please guide me.

The question was asked to me when I went for an interview for a Hotel : I have two hotels located in the state of UP (noida) and Punjab (Mohali). Now I have procured toileteries centrally,pack them in my hotel's branded boxes and store them at a central warehouse in Noida. I received a demand to send some 5 cartons containing my branded boxed toileteries to my Hotel in Mohali. Now do I need a road permit for transporting these goods. If yes then what kind of road permit. Also is the road permit to be issued to the company or to the transporter. If I am to send these toileteries via Railways then in that case do I need any permit.

Hi,I am 3yrs exp IT Professional. I had attended interviews from two companies and cleared all the rounds in both the companies. for example company 'A' & 'B'. (In both I preferred Company 'B' most).But Company A released the offer letter immediately and company 'B' did not released the offer at that time. So i thought the company is not ready to offer the package which I preferred. So i joined the company 'A'. After 3 weeks the company 'B' released the offer letter with preferred package. Now I want to join comapany 'B'.Unfortunetly i joined the Company 'A' and 3 weeks was completed. Is there any chance to join company 'B'?.If i joined what kind of legal action can be taken on me from company 'A'? Please advice me is it Good to switch now else better to be here in the company 'A'.
