My self Customs House Agent service provider. we are
billing to the importer or exporter after clearance i.e
service charges, all receipted expenses and transport bill
for engaged the goods to reach their warehouse. we have to
collect service tax or not for transport reim-imbursement
charges.

YOU SHOULD COLLECT THE SERVICE TAX ON TRANSPORTATION @ 3.09%
WE CAN'T CHARGE THEM 12.36%.

hi, pls suggest me.... i m doing software testing now. i hv changed my field Bsc bio to comp. sci. my graduation is completed with bio science then PG with M.A. (eco.), after that i switched in PGDIT(comp.
