Hi, If your husband has H1/L1 Visa then you can apply for H4/L4 visa and go to US. Ask your husband to Check with his Manager for applying Dependent visa. It'll take few weeks to process.

Hi, I am going to attend the H1B interview for X company in the coming month. as I am married and need to apply for dependant visa for my wife in advance(or with me) because after going to US,it will be hard to do that. If the visa is approved and want to stay at home for more 2-3 month and then come to US,can she do that? What will be the validity of the Dependant Visa?
