i am fresher , Then i can't Enjoyed Voice process. I Have know knowledge About Voice Process but a 2nd Side I deserve my self for Non Voice Process. Bcz This is my Desire .I Comfertable fell on this.

currently i am fresher in bpo industries. non voice process under i learn how to do work in bpo . then i make to sure i m working in voice process then i am working in voice process. non voice process my typing speed is very good and my english in fluent way .

Yes, i agree that i have a exp. In voice process but my interest in backend process and i want to learn something new. And also i want to utlized my knowledage in my interest area. Thats why i want to gonna in backend process.

have very much pressure on us, Customer dealing is very
fast in voice process and you maintain your voice accent
otherwise team leader will doubt you,so you can get angry
and do the rong work,customer dealing effects.and your
