Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?
Hi, I have done 3 years diploma in electronics ( 1998-2000) but I completed my diploma in 2005. I started working from 2000 itself ; so I am having total 10+ year experience in IT field. Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing.
