Revenue is the Total amount of sales that a company has for
the particular period.
Income is the amount left after the expenses have been
subtracted from the Revenue for a particular period.

revenue is generated by providing services or through sales
which is the main functions of the business,
where as the income is collective of all the gains which a
firm get either through gain in capital mrket or frm
various sources.

why assets are shown at their historical cost price but not at their current price bcoz we are following historical cost concept. but this will not reveal correct financial position of the business.give reason
