ecourage othrs also 2 do so. well m an mba graduate n
presently workin wid lichfl. As u r graduated from IT u wud
be asked mostly from IT stream as BoB is 1 of the most tech
savvy bank. So brush up ur basics in IT n hoe u cud use it
in BoB.

hi Pranitha,
YOu are welcome for serious discussions in this forum. When
is your interview n how are u preparing for this. Pl
apprise us your complete preparation n also share some
questions if u came to know from any source.
As far as my prepartion is concerned, I am seriously
preparing for my IT subject as i dont have any experience
as such and also some general questions like-
why do u wanna join bank?
What do u know about banking?
Why u wanna leave IT to join bank?
what is bank rate, repo rate, reverse repo rate etc.
What is Future, option, swaps etc.
Many more questions. Hope u understand my plight. Though my
prepartion is basically based on cellphone. You can also
join our group provided u have to participate with open
mind not with the closed mind as you have responded
earlier. Unless u show interest, you are not going to learn
any thing.
Any way, Parinitha, It will be our pleasure if u also join
us thoroughly ( hope u understand ).

How will you apply your knowledge of economics in Bank PO job? I am an Economics PG and recently qualify Bank Probationary officer exam. Next stage of the exam is an interview. If the panel asks me "How will you apply your knowledge of economics in this job" What should be my answer? i a aware at banks are all about finance and economics, but that knowledge will be used at 'Senior management level'. BUT 'How to use economics at PO level?'Please help
