hello friend
in every banking interview hr asked me this kind of
question.
because.our IT industry is dependendent on europe and
american market.they outsourced there work .its a base for
it industry,if they change there outsourcing based policy
so its directly affected our it sector.we also face such a
condition at the time of global slowdown.
but our banking industry are fully strong .our indian
nationaloze bank shows fantastic growth at the time of
recession .as well as they start recruitment ,at the same
time it industry believe on cast cutting .
i think its a one of perfect answer .

even I m shifting from IT to banking...nd most imp reason is
job security, descent money nd lot of facilities which d
bank provides.... besides you get a platform to show your
managerial skills dat to b in finance domain.....

Hi ALL,

So a hot debate going on here. First of all, remove it from
your mind that IT has been spoilt, Its just because of the
competition in market that companies are ready to pay, As
far as I can see...in next few years because of more and
more private banks and the performance shown by Indian
banking industry, during global recession....here also
scenario is going to be like that.

Everybody has his own reasons to shift from one sector to
another, so if u have personal satisfaction with your
reasons, just go ahead and grab it....

ITian have lot to do even in banking

not everyone get jobs in IT field
so most of the people want jobs like more security,finacial
reasons

hey, i also belong to IT community, but bcos i cudnt get
job in my city i m trying in banking industry. i dont know
whether i m right or wrong .. somebdy plz guide me, and

Dear Sameer,
Why are u trying for banking industry. U will never get
posting in ur city even if u get selected. YOu also seem to
be mad like me for banks being an IT graduate.
YOu also want to spoil Banks as we ITans have done with IT
industry across world in the greed of money.
Pl spare Banking industry on its fate and lets join hands
to rejuvenate IT Sector once again and fly try colours
across the world.

IT IS Inconsistent Trend, where as Banking is Go On. Let us
keep going on instead relying upon Inconsistency. By the
way, my ITians please tell why did u spend so much money ,
time and intelligence in a small elctronic box.
If you are not sure of yourself and ur career, how can be u
sure after joining bank.
ITians should work only in IT Sector. You can not be placed
in bank. Ohterwise Bank will also suffer same fate as you
have done with IT Industry all across world.
This all is the result of your greed. You always wanted
more n more money and less n less work. More u fly high
sooner u will be on the ground.
Dont expect much in bank. They are not going to pay u even
better than a cetral Govt clerk. Dont feel Banks pay more
salary and provide all comforts. If u r in slumber n
enjoying some dream , come out of it . Improve ur career in
IT field only. U ll get respite there only.

Remember-- " SQUARE PEGS CANT FIT IN ROUND HOLE". If u
try , either of them will spoil.

Is there anyone who qualified for the PNB MT and went to give the Mains exam at Mumbai??? Pls come in touch regarding this....Any idea when they are going to declare the result of the Mains exam??

The Interview process is going on for Syndicate Bank PO post.It is going to end on October 6th 2009.When the results will be released...What do they expect from 11978 candidates for the 1300 posts..The Interview was simple,only general questions were asked..I secured 88% in 10th,97% in 12th and 89% in Graduation..I belong to O.C. category and I am not working at present.The Interview for easy for me.What are the chances of my selection.

speak for and against on women reservation asked in sbi clerk interview

HI..This is shreya..I m working in dena bank as clerk..i m in probationary period..I wanted to apply for probationary officer exams of various banks.. In the ad they mention that u have to apply through appropriate channel in case u are already employed with psu bank.. What does it mean? Will i have to each time take a NOC from my bank? Wont that make a bad impression of me in dena bank? Also what if i dont tell them that i am currently employed ? How do u guys deal with it??
