Yes, we can use Firefox for customer applications that work
in the standard-interactivity mode. Employee applications
(applications working in the high-interactivity mode),
however, would work only on Internet Explorer beacuse it
offers greater support for ActiveX.

mozilla fire fox browser can also be used but their is
requirement of prerequsites for intallation of fire fox
browser to support siebel. like internet explorer tool kit.
most probabily internet explorer is used as default browser.

no. In siebel we use only internet explorer .
